He took up the position on 2 February and will contribute to strengthening the company\u2019s continued focus on automation.<\/h5>\n<p>Krokevik joins Normex from the position of Senior Automation Engineer at Ulmatec Handling Solutions, where he has gained extensive experience in automation and software development for industrial and aquaculture applications. He has previously worked at, among others, Cflow Fish Handling AS and Ulmatec Handling Systems AS, and began his career as an automation apprentice at Rolls-Royce Marine AS. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Automation Engineering from NTNU in \u00c5lesund, in addition to a trade certificate in automation.<\/p>\n<p>At Normex, Krokevik will work on the further development of the company\u2019s automation solutions, with a particular focus on stable, efficient, and future-ready systems for land-based industry and aquaculture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is exciting to join Normex. I am looking forward to taking part in the development of automation solutions for both aquaculture and industry,\u201d says Krokevik.<\/p>\n<p>Managing Director of Normex, Stig Johansen, is very pleased with the appointment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome Vegar to the team.
